Custom and personalized items are created specifically for you. Production times vary and are listed on individual product pages. If you have questions before ordering, we’re happy to help.

Shipping

Orders are packaged with care to ensure they arrive in good condition. Shipping times vary based on product type, order size, and destination. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Tracking information will be provided when available once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our inventory includes a variety of product types, return eligibility may vary:

  • Custom or personalized items are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part.

  • Craft supplies and non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange within a specified timeframe, provided they are unused and in original condition.
