Meet the Owner: The Heart Behind Colorful Impressions

Welcome to Colorful Impressions, where creativity, craftsmanship, and meaningful connections come together.

Hello, I'm June, the owner of Colorful Impressions. I'm so glad you're here!

My journey began back in 1999 with a simple love for creativity and a desire to turn that passion into a business. What started with making window clings and suncatchers has grown into something much bigger than I ever imagined.

Over the years, my business has evolved right alongside my interests. I expanded into arts and crafts, bringing unique supplies and creative inspiration to fellow crafters. Later, I discovered a meaningful way to serve others by offering 12-step recovery coins, sobriety medallions, and keepsakes that celebrate milestones, hope, strength, and the journey of recovery.

For 12 wonderful years, we also had a brick-and-mortar storefront where we connected with customers in person, shared creative inspiration, and built relationships with our local community. At the same time, we had already established our online presence, with our own website dating back to 1999, along with selling on eBay and Etsy for many years.

When the pandemic arrived, like so many small businesses, we had to adapt. We closed our storefront and transitioned entirely to online retail. While our way of doing business changed, our commitment to creativity, quality, and customer service remained the same. Our website and online marketplaces allowed us to continue serving customers across the country and beyond.

As my creative interests continued to grow, so did Colorful Impressions. Laser engraving opened up an entirely new world of possibilities, allowing me to create personalized gifts, home decor, and custom keepsakes designed to last. More recently, UV printing has added another exciting dimension, giving me even more ways to bring designs and ideas to life.

Today, Colorful Impressions is a blend of everything I love: personalized gifts, thoughtfully selected home goods, arts and crafts supplies, meaningful recovery keepsakes, laser-engraved creations, UV-printed products, and unique finds for creative minds.

A Business Built on Creativity and Meaning

What makes Colorful Impressions special to me is the variety of products and the stories behind them. A personalized gift can become a treasured family keepsake. A beautifully crafted home decor piece can make a house feel more like home. A recovery medallion can represent years of hard work, personal growth, and a commitment to a new way of life.

I love knowing that the things I offer can become part of someone's special moments, creative projects, or personal journey.

Being a small, woman-owned business means I have the freedom to explore new ideas, introduce products I genuinely enjoy, and continually find ways to improve what I offer. It also means I'm involved in many aspects of the business, from selecting products and developing designs to creating listings and preparing orders.

There is always something new to learn, create, or improve, and that is part of what keeps this journey exciting.

Growing, Creating, and Looking Ahead

After more than 25 years in business, my passion for creativity is still going strong. Colorful Impressions has changed considerably since those early days of window clings and suncatchers, but one thing has remained the same: my love for discovering new ways to create and share beautiful, meaningful things.

Today, our website continues to be an important part of Colorful Impressions. It gives us the freedom to showcase our growing selection of products, share our story, and offer customers a place to shop directly with us. Alongside our website, we continue to sell on eBay and Etsy, reaching customers who have supported us for years as well as welcoming new shoppers.

Whether you're searching for a heartfelt gift, a special recovery keepsake, something beautiful for your home, or supplies for your next creative project, I hope you'll find something here that inspires you.

I'm excited about the future and grateful for everyone who has supported my business along the way, from the customers who visited our storefront to those who have shopped with us online over the years.

Thank you for being here, supporting a small, woman-owned business, and becoming part of the Colorful Impressions story.

With gratitude,

June Frampton
